"Everything is working out, even when it isn't......accidentally on purpose"
Beth Medved Waller returned to her hometown after college and began her real estate career as well as her local community service endeavors in 2002. Earning recognition as a top producer locally, regionally and nationally (including being named one of the 2019 “America’s Top 100 Real Estate Agents”), Beth continues to have a thriving real estate business and ranked again in 2018 as the top Warren County listing agent.
Mother of Will (16) and Sara (14), Beth has always enjoyed enhancing her personal and professional life with extensive volunteering and is a self-proclaimed “Visionary Altruist” in her roles of “Pretend Reporter (hosting weekly video interviews to promote causes and events), Pretend Philanthropist (see whatmattersw2.com to learn about her initiatives) & a Pretend Singer/Songwriter” (hear her song at dollardreamdownload.com). Following her heart led her to form a 501(c)(3) of her own called WHAT MATTERS in 2018 after she expanded her service internationally. She is currently working in several areas to provide aid to children in Uganda (recently finishing the construction of a primary school) and is about to embark on her 10th trip to Africa since December 2017.
In 2019, she plans to launch the first of several global fundraising platforms she is developing (centered around music), and she is working with Rotary International in several endeavors as President Elect of the newly chartered Rotary Club of the Shenandoah Valley. She has served in the past for many years as Chair of the Warren County American Red Cross (receiving the Clara Barton Award for Meritorious Leadership) and Campaign Chair for the United Way (honored with the President’s Award). She’s currently on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce (recognized as a Chamber of Commerce “Citizen of the Year”).
Beth believes that “it’s always working out, even when it isn’t” because she is convinced that everything in life happens “Accidentally on Purpose.” To be a conscious leader, she encourages all to stay connected to all that is unseen and look to the heart for guidance, even if it means “Running Away from the American Dream” through “Overcoming Abundance” (the titles of her soon-to-be-published writings). She credits her success to her faith and to the lifelong support she’s received from her community, family and friends.
